Finished to Customer Requirements
We welded Lambda bosses into the exhaust system and fitted a pair of sports catalytic converters. We also repaired the internals of the exhaust box because the baffles had come loose which was causing the exhaust to rattle, this is a common fault on the Ferrari and was more cost effective for the customer to have repaired rather than replaced.
This where we welded the Lambda bosses into the exhaust.
The customer brought an after market stainless exhaust system that we had to repair. We re-welded the flanges back on because they had cracked.
We have modified the exhaust system. It has been resprayed. Fitted King and Queen seats and twin headlights.
This came in to have a new Head Gasket.
We fabriacted the connecting the secondary pipes between the header and side pipes.
Fitted small block chevy engine with a wieand supercharger. 400r 4 speed auto box. Fabricated full Flow Master exhaust system. Replaced Rover SD1 rear axel with a 9" Ford Mustang rear axel. We also fitted a rear disc converstion kit and a few body modifications.
This is a Ex Army Missile Puller. It is a Land Rover with a with a Diesel Engine. The customer has a full stainless steel exhuast system fitted before touring around south africa.
Customer required us to replace passenger A post and both rear wheel arches.
This bike had new stainless down pipes.
We have done complete fabrication and modification of this vehicle including engine setup. Pics are of differnt stages and still more to do! Look out for this car in (Aug 08) Classic Ford Magazine. As it was featured on the classic Ford stand at Santa Pod.
Customer required us to restore front end to prepare for engine fabrication.
